Our dough comes from the mixture of water and fine flours, expertly crafted to create our thin, crispy, and highly digestible pizzas. Served in shovel size filled with 1 to 3 different flavors, ideal for two people. Gluten-free doughs, vegetarian and vegan pizzas available. We have made our pizzeria a place to give maximum expressiveness to a new recipe, made at the same time of simplicity and expert measures jealously guarded.
With the path we’ve just embarked on, we want to achieve what we like to call a new “end” idea of Pizza Art that winks at tradition but enhances the flavor of discovery.
With this philosophy we try to make each of our pizza a real artisan work that we want to enhance day after day, in this story of ours to write together with you and be Artisans of Taste together
