Sotto la Quercia
A farmhouse divided into three rooms, overlooking the hills and an olive grove. There is the possibility of using the kitchen. There is also a swimming pool.
The name comes from the centuries-old oak tree on the estate. Surrounded by nature, from the terrace you can see the Marche hills and the olive grove that stands a few steps from the farmhouse. The pool is available to customers. Upstairs is the double bedroom with double bed with air conditioning. A small room with two single beds (possibility to put together in one large bed). Downstairs is the bathroom with double sink and shower. Living room and kitchen equipped with 4 burners, refrigerator, freezer, pots and pans and all the necessary utensils.
