Casa della Musica is a holiday home, a rustic and charming farmhouse from the early 20th century, nestled in the quiet hills of the Marche.
This independent villa with pool, completely renovated, is the perfect solution if you want to stay in complete privacy and security, in contact with nature but close to all the amenities of the village center.
On summer evenings you can enjoy the pleasure of a dinner on the veranda or, if you are in the company of friends, you can use the large table in the patio next to the house, spacious but reserved thanks to the protection of the many shrubs that surround it.
Casa della Musica has a private swimming pool shared with Villa Glicini. And after the bath, you can also take a shower outside, located between the green.
The villa is also surrounded by a garden with many trees, flowers and aromatic plants that fill the air with Mediterranean perfumes. From there, you have a breathtaking view of the surrounding countryside and the ancient village of Ostra. In truth, you don’t already feel more relaxed?

The villa with swimming pool for your holidays in Le Marche is on 2 levels:
- on the ground floor you will find an equipped kitchen, a dining room and living room, a TV room and library and two bathrooms with shower and toilet,
- On the 1st floor there are 3 bedrooms with double beds and bathroom with shower and toilet and 1 bedroom on 2 levels with 1 double bed, mezzanine with single bed and 1 bathroom with shower and toilet.
